dc.description.abstract | Comparative assessment has been found to provide high reliability when evaluating open data and has received a lot of positive attention in, for example, Ireland, the UK, the US and Belgium. There are so far quite a few who use the method in Sweden, but the authors, Eva Hartell, Jeffrey Buckley, Lena Gumaelius, Andrew Doyle and Niall Seery, believe that comparative assessment is a good example of how digitization opens up opportunities to increase equivalence ( ed). | en_US |
