dc.description.abstractThis chapter explores how the National Forum’s Professional Development Framework (PDF) has challenged and informed my assumptions about continuing professional development, most specifically the arena of developing digital competencies. Offering a qualitative interpretation, I draw on my personal reflections and learning from participation in the L2L project using a reflective practice approach. This is based on my understanding and interpretation of the framework.Inherent in this analysis is an examination of how engaging with the framework and more specifically Domain 5: Personal and Professional Digital Capacity in Teaching and Learning, has allowed me to further develop my personal proficiency/knowledge in digital competencies thus supporting my role in Teaching and Learning.en_US
